A Total Blowout! Project Vanity's 7th Anniversary
BOOOOOM!!!!! Yeah that's how I wanted to describe the happenings last March 7. To those who still can't get enough of the PJ's event, well I doubt if you don't have the slightest idea of what I mean... (*.....*)

Well if in case you didn't know, Project Vanity is a blog by Ms. Liz Lanuzo. I was one of the lucky participants invited during the event. In my previous post, I can't exactly determine how excited my "guts" are! HAHAHAHA... You know this is the first time I won a contest held by the bloggers so it's definitely an extraordinary experience.
So here we are, this is the first part of the event.
With Ms. Karrots as the host for the whole program. I remember her saying that she has a stage fright. It is a phobia or fear of public speaking or performance. It is characterized as a lack of confidence and self-esteem resulting to anxiety and people who have this are mistakenly labeled to be introverts at most of the times. Thanks to Ms. Liz and her "pushy ability" for her friend to develop and become better, made Ms. Karrots to be a "stage conqueror" and I personally thought that she really did a great job! (^....^)
Ms. Liz with her beautiful model, Cris. She mentioned that Ms. Cris immediately said yes when she invited her. She did a natural look for her make up demo. She first applied the skin care products from Burt's Bees then moved on to apply a thin base of foundation by using her fingers for the product to melt and absorb better.
Concealer time! A really tiny amount is all she needs to brighten up the eyes and spot conceal some imperfections by lightly feathering the product out to combine the formula to the skin.
Set evrything with a powder for a long lasting finish.
A natural "flushed" look with a very subtle blush.
BRONZER! I remember that she used the Bahama Mama to create this OOH Soo Gorgeous glow!
For the brows, she used the new K-Palette brow liner. Ms. Karrots even joked about the "kilay" and lips. She asked what Ms. Liz would choose between the brows and the lips. Ms. Liz insisted that she can wear no lipstick but brows are of a different matter. EHEM! (-___-)
She then used an eye primer to prep the eyes for the shadows and stuff. Primer helps in making a smooth canvas and it also helps in the makeup last long and crease-free.
For the eyes, she used the eyeshadow Palette, All Eyes on Hue, from Happy Skin.
EYELINER!!!
She didn't need to curl the lashes for this look but I think the Mascara's really great!
This is great because she let her model do her lips.
She used a very pigmented pink lipstick for that natural glam look.
"It's lipstick so I think it'd be better if you apply it on your own."
Picture Time! (*_*)
I went with my highschool friend and we're both "not the girly type"....REALLY. HAHAHA... So while the program is on, I asked her to take some pictures around the store.

The beautiful speakers during the event. Rissa Mananquil-Trillo, one of the duo who runs Happy Skin Cosmetics. Cheryl Tan-Chua,who has given us the lovely Japanese brands like Cure and also K-Palette and Kracie. Last is May Samson, Burt's Bees Brand Manager.
AHh.. we definitely adore and really learned a lot from them.
CRAAAZZYYY TIIME!! Lip-sync Battle with the bloggers! I think this is really the highlight of the event! HAHAHAHA...

Soo grateful to the sponsors of course for the giveaways and their delectable food.
Happy Anniversary once more to Project Vanity and of course to the glamorous Ms. Liz Lanuzo.
